This hotel was the perfect romantic escape for us. the rooms were cozy and comfortable with a stunning view of the mountains. What we enjoyed most was the food - beyond our expectations, with attention to detail and taste we have never experienced before. the desserts were stunning, and the salad bar was a nice touch. the location was also perfect for us, with easy access to ski shuttle and ski bus stop just in front of the hotel. We appreciated the renovated and clean rooms with an infrared shower.
The only negative aspect was the service from one owner who seemed rude and uninterested in making us feel welcome, which created a tension that detracted from the overall experience. the toilet was not ideal as it was separated from the shower room and missing a sink, which felt slightly unhygienic.

The staff at this hotel is top-notch, providing excellent service from start to finish. The housekeeping was impeccable, ensuring that my room was always clean and comfortable. The hotel also offers a laundry service, which was a great convenience for me. The airport shuttle was a bonus, making it hassle-free to get to and from the hotel. Additionally, this place offers ski pass vendor and ski equipment hire services, which made my skiing experience even more convenient.
I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It provides enhanced comfort and quality services that go above and beyond.

We were warmly welcomed by the owner's family. The vegetarian options were outstanding and the sommelier, Daniel, was highly knowledgeable. The hotel location was close to the ski lifts and had ample parking.

The hotel location is great, with easy access to skiing and the ski bus. The breakfast and dinner options were tasty and well-prepared. We also appreciated the afternoon snacks provided.
The customer service needs improvement. Some staff members were unfriendly and one even seemed annoyed all the time.

The location of this resort is perfect for ski lovers, being only a short distance from the lifts and ski area. the rooms are well-renovated and comfortable, and the breakfast has a great variety of options. the ski room and shuttle make accessing the area very convenient.
